Under the name “Queen Mother Nigeria”, she runs programs in education, healthcare, food security, youth empowerment, support for vulnerable individuals, reentry, and infrastructure, active in more than 200 Nigerian communities. The work centers on women's and youth advancement, grassroots capacity building, and inclusive community development, extended without regard to region or ethnicity. The operating premise stays simple: show up consistently, measure what happens, and treat the people you serve as the point, not the proof.

She brings the same discipline to her work as Founder and Group CEO of BN Cities (Bunmingozi Cities Limited), where she leads development of Love Towers, a twin-tower residential project in Eko Atlantic City targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Building certification. That combination, a personal mission built on service and a company built on delivery, shapes how she runs both.

One of her most public work as Queen Mother Nigeria is the annual “Happy Birthday Jesus!” Christmas outreach: gift distribution, games, music, a prayer and inspirational session, and a career corner, held for more than 500 children at Dustbin Village in Ojota, Lagos in December 2025. She has also known to closely support formerly incarcerated individuals with a focus on dignity and reintegration, not just charity inside prison walls.
